Once the script extender is active, open the console with ~ and use commands such as: dos2 item ids new

Where YourItemID is the template name you want to spawn.

To spawn an item directly into your main character's inventory, use the following Lua command template: Osi.CharacterGiveItem(CharacterGetHostCharacter(), "ITEM_ID_HERE", 1, 1, 1) (Replace ITEM_ID_HERE with the actual ID, and the last number 1 indicates the quantity).
